Step 2 — Executive Working Session (Offsite, No Cost)

A full-day, offsite strategic session with the organization’s executive leadership.
Awarded leads a structured diagnostic, facilitates alignment, and establishes the strategic direction required for the next stage of growth.

The session is tailored based on:

  • operational conditions

  • insights from the confidential feedback survey

Step 3 — Strategic Advisement (When Aligned)

A continuing advisory partnership supporting leadership alignment, organizational design, transitions, system architecture, and enterprise reporting.
