Shipping policy
Awarded provides digital products and services only. We do not ship any physical goods by mail or courier.
1. Digital Product Delivery
For all templates, guides, courses, and other digital items:

Email sent to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timing: In most cases, access is available immediately after payment is completed.

File formats: Products are typically provided in formats such as PDF, Excel, Word, or similar digital formats, as described on the product page.
2. Services & Custom Work
For consulting, RFP services, or other done-for-you offers:

Service access: Details, next steps, and any related materials are delivered via email and/or a shared workspace (e.g., calendar invite, project portal, or shared drive, as described in the service agreement).

Timelines: Timelines and milestones are outlined in your proposal, service agreement, or the product description for that service.
3. No Physical Shipping
Because Awarded does not sell or distribute physical goods:

No shipping carriers are used (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

No physical shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

No physical delivery times or tracking numbers will be provided.
4. Order Confirmation & Access Issues
After completing your purchase, you should receive:

An order confirmation email, and

A delivery email with access links or instructions (for digital products and/or services).
If you do not see these emails:

Check your spam/junk folder.

Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct.

5. Email Changes & Access Updates
If you need to update the email associated with your purchase (for example, changing from a personal email to a work email), contact us at [support@awardedrfp.com] with:

The new email address you’d like linked to your account
Once verified, we’ll update records and resend access details to the new email.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
