Context provides a weekly, structured review of Currently Active and New property management RFPs in your state, with additional clarity around scope, requirements, and process.

Each week, we take the same set of active RFPs delivered in Alerts and add plain-language summaries and key details that are often buried across multiple sections of the solicitation. The goal is to reduce ambiguity and speed up early evaluation, not to make pursuit decisions on your behalf.
